Leerie T. Jenkins, Jr. Elected to Serve on GuideWell Board of Directors

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Announced at the 2014 Annual Meeting of Members of GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation (GuideWell), Leerie T. Jenkins, Jr. was elected to serve a three-year term on the GuideWell Board of Directors.

Jenkins is the chairman of RS&H, Inc., a privately held architectural, engineering, planning and environmental services corporation. The company is one of the leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms in the United States.

He has served on the GuideWell board since the beginning of 2014 and on the Florida Blue board since 2006. He is a member of the audit and compliance and finance committees. Jenkins also serves on the board of the Florida Council 100. He is past chairman and member of the Florida Chamber of Commerce and is an honorary member of Leadership Jacksonville. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including the 2009 Distinguished Alumni Medal from the University of Georgia’s College of Environment and Design. He also serves as the Regional Advisory Director for BBVA Compass Bank.

In addition to Jenkins, Patrick J. Geraghty and John B. Ramil were elected to three-year terms at today’s meeting.
