Harold F. Mills Elected to Serve on GuideWell Board of Directors

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Sept. 22, 2015 – Announced at the 2015 Annual Meeting of Members of GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation (GuideWell), Harold F. Mills was elected to serve a three-year term on the GuideWell Board of Directors.

Mills is chief executive officer of ZeroChaos, LLC, a top global workforce solutions company headquartered in Orlando, Florida. In his role, Mills oversees the strategic direction and market development of the company. Mills is attributed with building ZeroChaos from inception to a multibillion-dollar company with operations in over 43 countries.

He has served on the GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation Board since January 2015.

He also serves as the chairman of the Jacksonville branch of the Federal Reserve Board, is a member of the Governor’s Council of the Orlando Economic Development Council, and sits on the Boards of regional organizations, including the Florida Hospital for Children, the Boy Scouts of America and Florida Citrus Sports. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

In addition to Mills, Thomas G. Kuntz, Tracy A. Leinbach, Maria A. Sastre and Frank P. Scruggs, Jr. were elected to the Board at today’s meeting.
