Novitas Solutions provides high-quality, innovative, administrative services for government-sponsored health care programs and serves as a Part A/B Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) under multiple contracts for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Customer Service Representatives are dedicated to responding to inquiries from providers (doctor’s offices and hospitals) who are currently authorized to work with Medicare Part A and B patients.
