Novitas Solutions, a GuideWell Source company, is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Jacksonville, Fla. and Mechanicsburg, Pa. offices and is holding on-site, open interviews in both locations throughout the month of September.

Novitas Solutions provides high-quality, innovative, administrative services for government-sponsored health care programs and serves as a Part A/B Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) under multiple contracts for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Customer Service Representatives are dedicated to responding to inquiries from providers (doctor’s offices and hospitals) who are currently authorized to work with Medicare Part A and B patients.
