Careers.GuideWell.com uses an industry-leading Talent Relationship Marketing (TRM) platform that is considered a “game-changer” for the GuideWell family of companies in engaging with potential job candidates by delivering a hyper-personalized experience with recommended jobs and content that adapts to the candidate’s intent and behavior.
Job seekers now have an enhanced ability to search for positions by company, job category, location and more. In addition, they can join the GuideWell Talent Community which allows them to build a profile and receive alerts when positions matching their skills and other areas of interest become available. Using their personal dashboard, job seekers can also check the status of their application in real-time.
In the near future, the new site will also serve as a resource for job seekers by providing them with relevant content including interview tips, job search advice and other hot topics that may help job seekers with their search.
In addition to the launch of the primary site, Careers.GuideWell.com, individual career sites using the same platform have been launched for several members of the GuideWell family of companies, giving job seekers the ability to search across companies or within a specific organization.
